The terms on which Coastal Eats AU provides dining, salon, event and membership services, and on which this website may be used.
Reservations are confirmed by deposit or card guarantee. Cancellations within 48 hours of a degustation seating, or 7 days of a salon or event booking, forfeit the deposit unless the space is resold.
Tables are held for 20 minutes past the reservation time; later arrivals are seated subject to availability.
Salon entry is restricted to guests 18 years and over. The house reserves the right to set table limits, refuse wagers and decline entry consistent with licensing law and responsible-gaming obligations.
Collusion, device use at tables and intoxication standards are enforced by salon management, whose decisions are final on the floor.
Membership tiers are personal, non-transferable and reviewed annually. The private ledger is extended at the house's discretion and must be settled within 30 days of statement. Privileges may be suspended for breach of house rules or licensing law.
Event contracts specify minimum spends, cancellation schedules and damage liability. Client-supplied suppliers must carry insurance and are coordinated through our producer. Quoted pricing is held for 14 days from proposal.
This website is provided for information and reservation purposes. You may not scrape, reproduce or republish its content, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Links to third-party services (maps, social platforms) are provided for convenience.
Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that law, our liability for services is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply. Personal property is the guest's responsibility; the house vault is available for valuables.
Use of this site and our services is subject to the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the venue or website after an update constitutes acceptance.
